Gold-Plated 1/4" Angled - Straight Instrument Cable. 8 banana-like compression springs in the shank of the plug compress, making excellent contact while providing additional mechanical holding force. This unique pick-sized tuner uses Planet Wave's revolutionary strobe-on-string technology. Barely bigger than a guitar pick, the S.O.S. bass tuner emits 2 out-of-phase LED light beams directly onto the vibrating string. When the string is out of tune, the two lights will visually dance on the string being tuned. As you approach in-tune status, the movement slows down and eventually stops when you are perfectly in tune.
